We figured there would be a very good study of the underdrain system, the extent of the problems it addressed and the cost of maintaining it. So on January 6th we asked the HOA and the Underdrain Committee for answers to 17 straightforward questions. (To date neither has provided answers to any of the questions as posed - SSL)

A few things which didn't make it into the "official" 2018 whitepaper...11 Questions & Concerns from owners as well as a couple of interesting comments from a local attorney.
"Everyone should read this before voting and consider if you want the new CC&Rs as-is , or if maybe they need a bit more work..."   Remember...It's OK to vote "NO". ( To date the HOA board has not provided us a response to any of the issues brought up. - SSL)
